    Both chilling and worrisome. Too many incidents of false accusations and conviction in the public eye. For celebrities, a nightmare.

    There don’t seem to be good answers. They are condemned before anything ever goes to court. To be accused is to be guilty.

    I’ve always said that if Jodi Arias looked like Roseanne Barr 1) no one would ever have heard about the case, and 2) she would have been freaking gone, no matter how many endless days she spent crying on the witness stand.

    Well, she certainly hasn’t been pilloried by the media like Adrian Peterson. This is the first place I’ve ever seen Hope Solo’s name.

    How about the post-op tranny that entered MMA and beats the shit out of women? He’s celebrated as a gay rights hero. No, really.
